Kelly Ortiz

Kelly Ortiz has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kelly began their career as an HR Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2003. Kelly then worked as an HR Generalist at Bechtel Bettis, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they were a Consultant at MarketSphere, specializing in Human Capital solutions, from March 2007 to December 2007. Kelly then served as the HR Manager at Capital Technologies International from December 2007 to July 2009. Afterwards, they joined PNC Bank as a Business Compensation Advisor from August 2009 to July 2011. Kelly then worked at Eaton Corporation, initially as an HR Supervisor from July 2011 to September 2012, and later as an HR Manager from June 2013 to October 2014. Kelly also worked as an HR Manager at United States Steel Corporation from December 2014 to September 2016. From September 2016 to May 2022, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Director at Legrand since September 2023.

Kelly Ortiz obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they attended from 2000 to 2003. Kelly then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at La Roche University from 2005 to 2007.
