Meenal Chaukar

Meenal Chaukar has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in reputable companies. Meenal is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Legrand since June 2018. Prior to that, they worked at GE, where they held multiple roles including Head of HR for Power Services & Gas Power Systems, South Asia, and APAC for Renewables Business. Meenal also served as the Head of HR for GE Power, South Asia, and GE Transportation and GE Aviation, South Asia. Before joining GE, Meenal had significant experience at JPMorgan, where they worked as an HR Business Partner, supporting various divisions such as Investment Management, Treasury Services, and Investment Banking. Meenal began their career as an HR Senior Executive at Wipro. Overall, Meenal Chaukar has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management across a range of industries and has a proven track record in leading organizational integration efforts.

Meenal Chaukar holds a Master's degree in HR from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College in 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various fields including Negotiation Dynamics from INSEAD Executive Education in 2022, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Wipro in 2006, and Masters Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech in 1998.
