Natalia Sánchez has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Natalia began their career at Amazon, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner, leading organizational change initiatives and implementing the HR department for the TAM Business Unit in Costa Rica. Natalia then joined Aluma Systems as the Regional Human Resources Manager for LATAM, overseeing talent management, HR strategy, and transformation through mergers and acquisitions. Natalia later joined Re:Sources, A Publicis Groupe Company, where they held the position of Human Capital Director for Latin America, focusing on business transformation, talent engagement, leadership development, and change management. Currently, they are working at Legrand as the Regional Human Resources Director, driving talent strategy, business growth, and people development while leading Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in the region.
Natalia Sánchez (she/her) holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, which they completed from 2010 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor and Licenciatura Degree in Psychology from the same university from 2001 to 2009. Natalia also pursued a Specialty in Human Resources Direction from Universidad de León in 2008 and 2009. Natalia further enhanced their skills by completing a Specialization in Business Management from INCAE Business School from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Natalia completed an Executive Coach program from INCAE Business School in 2017 and a course on Gerencia con Liderazgo Avanzado (Organizational Leadership) from INCAE Business School in 2019.
