Richard Snyder

Richard Snyder has extensive experience in the technology and education sectors, currently serving as a Semi Retired Professor in the Computer Science and the Arts Division at Lehigh Carbon Community College since August 2009. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions, including Senior Systems Software Engineer at MCI Corporation and Chief Information Officer at ASAP Inc., where expertise in programming, systems analysis, and management of Computer-Aided Manufacturing Systems was demonstrated. Richard's professional journey began as a Senior Systems Analyst at Ingersoll-Rand Corporation, contributing to the development of systems that enhanced shop floor operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology from Florida Institute of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Capella University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Montclair State University, and a Master of Science in Instructional Design from Saint Leo University.
