Ryan Hay is an accomplished professional in emergency management and public safety, currently serving as Administrator of Emergency Operations & Public Safety at Lehigh Valley Health Network since September 2015. Ryan concurrently holds the position of Core Emergency Management Faculty in the ACGME-accredited EMS Fellowship Program. Additionally, since March 2011, Ryan has been the Director of Emergency Preparedness for County of Lehigh and has contributed as a Special Operations Team Officer, Hazmat Specialist, and Rescue & Hazmat Technician. With experience as a Nurse Specialist with the HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response since October 2019, Ryan has also worked as a Paramedic for the City of Bethlehem and previously held roles at Northampton County and St. Luke's University Health Network as an EM Operations & Training Manager and Registered Nurse in Emergency, respectively. Ryan's academic background includes a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Emergency Management & Population Health from Jacksonville State University, along with dual undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Nursing from DeSales University.
