Alyson Brokaw

Alyson Brokaw serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the lab of Nathan Urban at Lehigh University, focusing on the NSF BRAIN Initiative grant project "Odor2Action," which investigates how animals rely on odors to inform behaviors. Previously, Alyson worked as a Science Content Specialist and a Field Research Specialist at Bat Conservation International, where responsibilities included fact-checking scientific content and conducting field research related to white-nose syndrome in bats. Alyson holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Texas A&M University and has extensive experience in various research roles, including positions with the US Forest Service, Utah State University, Southern Sierra Research Station, and Cornell University.
