Karen Flores

Karen Flores has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Karen is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Leia Inc. Karen previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at GAN until November 2022. Before that, they were the VP Corporate FP&A at Alorica from June 2017 to January 2020. Karen also worked at The Walt Disney Company as the Senior Director of FP&A for Maker Studios, which was acquired by Disney. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Finance at Maker Studios Inc, where they played a key role in the company's growth and its eventual sale to Disney for $675M. Karen has also held finance positions at Myspace, Napster, Microsoft, and The Clorox Company. Karen'sexperience includes building finance teams, managing financial aspects of large-scale projects, and supporting M&A activities.

Karen Flores attended San Jose State University from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Karen then enrolled in the Chief Financial Officer Program at Columbia Business School in 2023 as a candidate, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
