Ming

Ming Ma has a strong background in optical engineering and physics. They began their career at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as a research assistant from August 2008 to October 2013. From there, they joined Leia Inc. as an Optical Physicist from January 2014 to April 2015. Ming then progressed to become the Director of Optical Engineering from May 2015 to their current role as Vice President of Optical Engineering starting in January 2018.

Ming Ma holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Materials Science from Fudan University, which was earned between 2004 and 2008. Following that, Ming obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with the M.S. degree completed between 2008 and 2010, and the Ph.D. completed between 2010 and 2013.
