Michael Pawlak

Michael Pawlak has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Production Intern at Peoria Chiefs. Michael then worked as an Inventory and Pricing Department Manager at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc., where they achieved significant sales growth and reduced shrink. In 2014, Pawlak joined Lifetime Fitness as an Outdoor Cycle Coordinator and PWR Spin Instructor. Since 2012, they have been with Leica Microsystems, where they have held various roles, including Inside Sales Team Lead, Inside Sales Representative, Service Sales Analyst/Service Sales Specialist, Scheduling/Planning Coordinator, Service Coordinator, and Service Administration Dispatcher. In these roles, they implemented process improvements, managed relationships with third-party sales companies, improved scheduling efficiency, and reduced inventory returns, among other accomplishments.

Michael Pawlak attended the College of Lake County from 2002 to 2007, earning an Associate's of Science degree in Multi-media. Michael then pursued further education at Bradley University from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management.
