Iveta Dzivite is currently a PhD Candidate at Leiden University Medical Center since June 2025. Previously, Iveta served as a Laboratory Technician and Research Intern at the MERLN Institute for Technology-Inspired Regenerative Medicine from October 2022 to June 2025, and as a Study Process Organizer at Rīga Stradiņš University from February 2020 to September 2024. Additional experience includes roles as a Student Assistant at EDLAB – Maastricht University Centre for Teaching & Learning, a Laboratory Technician at MFD Veselības grupa, a Student Expert at the Latvian Quality Agency for Higher Education, a Nurse Assistant at Children's Clinical University Hospital, and a Laboratory Technician at SIA J.S. Hamilton Baltic. Iveta also contributed as the Head of Science Affairs at the Riga Stradiņš University Student Union and worked as a Kindergarten English Teacher at Valodu Vestnieciba. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Rīga Stradiņš University.
