Marsha Barber

Marsha Barber is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles within the staffing and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Recruiter at Leidos since September 2013, Marsha has contributed to innovative solutions in national security and health. Prior to this, Marsha worked at SAIC as a Senior Recruiter in the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group, where lifecycle recruiting in intelligence and IT sectors was performed. Marsha's earlier career at TEKsystems included positions such as Senior Account Manager, Southeast Regional Recruiting Manager, and Manager of Branch Recruiting, where significant contributions to client relations and recruiter development were made. Marsha began the journey in recruitment as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, focusing on IT contract positions. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Human Resource focus from Florida State University.
