Nicole Tretiak

Nicole (Niki) Tretiak, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, project management, and process improvement, currently serving as Process Improvement Principal at Leidos since August 2019. Previously, as Task Order Manager at Flight Test Aerospace, Inc., and Project Manager at Leidos, Niki demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning abilities. Early career roles at Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems, McMaster-Carr, Primerica, Genesis Engineers, and Integrated Project Services further honed expertise in training, development, and operational strategy.
