Tim Cunningham

Tim Cunningham is the Founder of Cunningham Strategy & Solutions, LLC, established in February 2024, where support is provided to space and analytics companies, focusing on technology differentiation and partner strategies. Tim's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Leidos since 2013, including Master Solution Architect, VP of Space Software Partnerships and Solutions, and VP of CTO C4ISR Solutions Operation, where significant contributions were made in executing space software strategies and managing large-scale technology investments. Prior to Leidos, Tim held key positions at SAIC, the US Air Force, and the US Senate, where responsibilities included directing multi-million dollar programs, leading budget development for the National Reconnaissance Office, and managing acquisition analysis for the Department of Defense. Tim earned a PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
