Caroline Ivison has a diverse work experience in the field of communication and media relations. Caroline started their career as a Reporter for the Times & Star where they developed news-sense and editing skills. Caroline then moved on to work as a Press Officer and later as a Communications Manager for the Crown Prosecution Service, where they focused on external and internal communications. Caroline also worked as a Media Relations Manager for Leigh Day and DWF before becoming the Head of Communications at Leigh Day in 2022. Throughout their roles, Caroline has demonstrated strong writing and management skills.

Caroline Ivison earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in International Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire. Caroline completed their studies from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Caroline obtained two certifications: the National Certificate Examination for Reporters and Shorthand (100wpm), both from the National Council for the Training of Journalists.
