Terhi Siimes

Terhi Siimes is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management, operational excellence, and data analytics. Currently serving as Development Director at Leijona Catering Oy since October 2022, Siimes previously held the role of VP, Lean & Process Development at Finnair from March 2018 to April 2021, where a significant achievement was the establishment of an Analytics team to enhance operational data visibility. Earlier positions include Head of Quality & Operational Excellence at Suunto, Project Manager at Tel-Tek, and various management roles at Nokia focusing on quality metrics, pre-launch performance, and product technology.
