John Caruso has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. John started their career at Merck in 1993, where they held various managerial positions in sterile, biological, and solid dose product supply areas until 2001.

From 2001 to 2013, John worked at Bayer, where they held several roles of increasing responsibility. John served as the Director of Manufacturing and Packaging Operations, overseeing over 400 employees and leading major capital expansion projects. John also worked as a Senior Manager of Process and Packaging Technology, driving equipment selection, product validations, and process improvements for various pharmaceutical products. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Product Supply Technical Operations and Supply Chain, responsible for overseeing operations and achieving commercial success in the Americas and Latin America regions.

Most recently, John joined Leiters in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer, where they are responsible for the technical operations activities at the Englewood, Colorado site, and also involved in developing a new site in Buena Vista, New Jersey.

John Caruso attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Engineering Sciences. John'sfield of study focused on Production / Operations & Marketing Concepts.
