James Martin

James Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production planning and engineering management. Currently serving as the Production Planning Manager at LeJeune Steel Company since September 2022, Martin previously worked at Boston Scientific in various managerial roles, including Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where leadership of a team of 13 engineers focused on automated manufacturing systems for medical device batteries was key. Martin's background in the US Army includes serving as a Company Commander and Assistant Operations Officer, demonstrating strong leadership and operational planning skills. Martin holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Physics from Oakland University.
