Jenalea Rajab

Jenalea Rajab is a Product Research Lead at Lelapa AI, focusing on developing and training responsible AI models in areas such as African Natural Language Processing, renewable energy, and finance since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jenalea completed an MSc in Computer Science at the University of the Witwatersrand, achieving distinctions in multiple specialized courses and producing a notable research report on human-robot interaction. Jenalea has contributed to several research papers presented at workshops and conferences, co-organized significant events in machine learning, and accumulated experience as a Senior System Analyst at DEI Projects Pty Ltd and an Associate Project Engineer at ABB. Educational background includes a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and IEB Certification from Trinityhouse Schools.
