Teamlead - Customer Support at LemFi

Stephen Onivefu has over 4 years of work experience in customer service at various positions in Jumia Nigeria. Stephen started as a Customer Support Associate in March 2018 and was responsible for assisting customers during store discovery, order and checkout. In September 2019, they became an Assistant Teamlead for Emails and Livechat, where they checked queues and filled the shift trackers with corresponding numbers of tickets, chats, and other parameters. In March 2021, they were promoted to Issues Resolution Executive, where they resolved product or service issues and handle complaints. From January 2022 to December 2022, they were a Customer Service Team Lead, supervising a team of customer service and associates while maintaining knowledge base of the evolving product offerings. Stephen is currently a Teamlead - Customer Support at LemFi (formerly Lemonade Finance).

Stephen Onivefu completed a Bachelor's degree at the University of Benin from 2011 to 2015. Stephen also obtained several additional certifications, including Data Visualization & Dashboard Essentials, Excel Essentials for Data Analytics, Getting Started with Microsoft PowerPoint, and Data Analytics Essentials from Coursera between 2022 and 2017. Stephen earned Health, safety and environment HSE 1,2 and 3 certification from the International Association of Safety Professionals in March 2017. Stephen obtained CICRM certification from the Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management Africa in February 2017 and Internet and Computing Core certification from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in August 2016.
