Carolina Bigonha

Carolina Bigonha has a diverse work experience, spanning from 2006 to present. Carolina is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Lemon Energia, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they had a variety of roles in different organizations. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at Trybe in roles such as Product Strategy, VP Product, and Director of Product Management. At Hekima - Acqhired, they worked as a Co-founder & Board Member, Co-founder & Director of Product Management, and Co-founder & Software Engineer from 2008 to 2020. Carolina also served as the Director of Product Management at Eureca from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they co-founded Em Perspectiva, a non-profit initiative, from 2017 to 2019. Carolina began their research career as a Graduate Researcher at UFMG Database Group from 2010 to 2012, and then at the University of Alberta from 2011 to 2011. Carolina started their undergraduate research as an Undergraduate Researcher at UFMG Image Processing Group from 2006 to 2008.

Carolina Bigonha completed their Executive Education, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program at Stanford University in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive Education in Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral from 2014 to 2016. Carolina holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Carolina also obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2006 and 2009.
