Nicholas Strevel

Nicholas Strevel has a diverse work experience in the solar energy industry. Nicholas currently holds the position of VP - Product at First Solar since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Link Engineering Company, where they served as the Vice President of Global Sales from September 2019 to September 2020, and as the Vice President - Product Strategy and Diversification from April 2019 to August 2019. Before joining Link Engineering, Nicholas worked at First Solar starting from June 2011. During their tenure at First Solar, they held multiple roles, including Director - Global Technical Sales from July 2017 to April 2019, Sr. Manager - Module Technolgy from September 2014 to July 2017, and Technical Sales from June 2011 to September 2014. Nicholas started their career at United Solar Ovonic in December 2006, where they worked as a Process Engineer until November 2008, and subsequently as a Senior Application Engineer until June 2011. Their expertise lies in product development, sales, and technical sales for solar energy systems.

Nicholas Strevel attended Michigan State University from 2002 to 2006, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2006, they also briefly studied Mechanical Engineering and Alternative Energy at RWTH Aachen University.
