Matt Kelly has over 15 years of experience in sales and account management. Matt began their career in 2006 with Nestlé as a Retail Sales Representative, where they managed sales territories and trained new Nestle hires. Matt was promoted to Jr. Account Manager in 2008 and Account Manager in 2010, where they identified and employed new tactics to achieve annual sales and trade spend targets. In 2017, they joined Celsius Holdings, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager and was promoted to Director of Sales & Key Accounts. Currently, Matt Kelly is the Director of Retail Sales - West at The Lemon Perfect Company.

Matt Kelly attended Binghamton University where they earned a Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Leadership.
