With a robust background in leading kitchen operations, RAKESH has held multiple executive chef positions at esteemed establishments including ITC Hotels, The Fern Hotels & Resorts, and The Byke, among others. RAKESH's expertise encompasses menu planning, recipe development, and quality control of food products, ensuring high culinary standards. RAKESH began the culinary journey with an Associate’s Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Delhi University, which laid the foundation for a successful career in the hospitality industry.
