Melda Frisca

Melda Frisca has worked in various HR and training roles throughout their career. Melda is currently serving as the Head of People Partner at Lemonilo since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Strategic Business Partner at The Coca-Cola Company from November 2021 to February 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they held multiple positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, including HRBP Associate Manager Footprint, HRBP Specialist Marketing and R&D, and HRBP Supervisor Sales, Marketing, and R&D. Melda also worked at PT Panarub Industry (Group) as HRBP L&D Section Head and Training Specialist, PT Grahawita Santika (Santika Hotels & Resorts) as HR and Training Coordinator, Golden Tulip Galaxy Hotel Banjarmasin as Training Officer, Yayasan Adaro Bangun Negeri as an Education Coordinator, and PT Oratoria Tahana Paramasastra On That Point Institute of Artistic Speaking as a Corporate Communication Associate.

Melda Frisca earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Lambung Mangkurat University, graduating in 2013. In 2011, they also attended Missouri State University for a non-degree program in Communication, General. Recently, in 2019, Melda completed a Certified HR Professional program at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
