Erick Jackson started their work experience in 2018 as an Artists and Label Development intern at Stem Disintermedia Inc. Erick utilized streaming services to compile reports, tracked artists' growth, marketed distribution services, and participated in strategy meetings.

In 2019, Erick joined Creative Artists Agency as a Clerk, where they delivered packages, handled confidential information, and provided reception support.
