Kimberly Burns

Kimberly Burns has a diverse work experience in the arts and entertainment industry. Kimberly started their career as a freelance designer in 2006. In 2014, they worked as an Exhibition Preparator and Dresser at FIDM Museum and Galleries, where they supervised interns and volunteers to assist with installations. Kimberly also served as an Art Director at Cyclamen Films and Lucky Doc Productions in 2016. Furthermore, they worked as a Production Designer at Paper Tiger Films in 2014, where they supervised the art department and designed key props and set décor. Kimberly also has experience as a Costume Designer at Green Gas Mask Productions in 2014. In 2015, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Decorator in Resort Enhancement. Kimberly later worked as a Prop Artisan at Universal Studios Hollywood in 2018. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Art Director at Triage Entertainment. Currently, Kimberly holds the position of Assistant Art Director at Lemonlight, starting in 2022.

Kimberly Burns has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Studio Art, with a focus on fiber specialization from California State University, Long Beach. Kimberly also has a Professional Designation in Visual Communications, with a cum laude honor, from FIDM. Additionally, they studied Graphic Design at Otis College of Art and Design. Kimberly also attended Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA), where they focused on Visual Art.
