Totti Hämäläinen

Totti Hämäläinen serves as a Referendary at the Helsinki Court of Appeal since February 2024, preparing appeals in civil and criminal cases. Concurrently, Totti is a Councillor and Executive Board Member for the Municipality of Lempäälä, having been elected for a second term in the 2021 Municipal Elections, and previously served as the youngest Councillor from 2017 to 2021.
