Mathithia Tolonge

Mathithia Tolonge has a diverse work experience, primarily in people operations and human resources roles. Mathithia started their career as a Store Manager at LUSH in 2015 and later worked as a Finance and HR Assistant at Lufthansa from 2016 to 2017. Mathithia then transitioned into the role of HR Manager at Lufthansa from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as an HR Partner at FINCA International. From 2020 to 2021, Tolonge served as an HR and Administration Manager at Swapcard. Mathithia then moved on to become a People Operations Manager at Getir from 2021 to 2022, followed by a similar role at Yababa from 2022 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of People Operations Manager at Lempire, starting in July 2022.

Mathithia Tolonge earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from London Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Mathithia then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Wrexham Glyndŵr University, starting in 2020 and completing their studies in 2022.
