Pei Reyes

Pei Reyes is the current Customer Success Manager at Lendai. Pei has over 8 years of customer service management experience, including training and employee satisfaction. Pei has excellent managerial skills and is proficient in transforming business and operational plans into action to attain organizational goals.

Previously, Pei was the Customer Support Team Lead at Inventiva Marketing Ltd from April 2015 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading the customer support team and providing expert support to customers.

Before that, Pei worked as a Ticketing Agent at US Airways (now American Airlines) from April 2014 to April 2015. In this role, they assisted customers with their travel plans and helped travel agents get the information they needed.

Pei began their career as a Ticketing Agent at Terminal 3 at Ben Gurion Airport in July 2011, where they worked for three years before joining US Airways.

Their manager is Oren Smila, Head of Partnerships. They work with Miles Kulik - North American Customer Success Manager, Hanah Frickers - UK Partner Sales & Success Manager, and Michal Liviatan - Partners & Customers Success Manager.
