Connor Schell has extensive experience in business development and operations within LendCare, progressing through various roles since joining in 2013, including positions as Director of Business Development and Senior Manager of Business Development. Connor began as a Data Entry professional and advanced through roles such as Operations Support Manager and IT Specialist, showcasing a solid background in technology and process development. Prior to LendCare, Connor gained customer service experience as a Crew Member at McDonald's from 2010 to 2013. Connor holds a degree from the University of Windsor, completed in 2017.
