Sam Russo

Sam Russo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment and advisory roles. Currently serving as Managing Director & Partner at Lorraine Capital, LLC, Sam specializes in acquiring and managing lower middle market businesses in the Northeastern US. As Chief Financial Officer at Seedbrite Ventures, LLC, Sam facilitates direct investments in venture-backed companies. Other prominent positions include Chairman of the Board at Summit Steel and Manufacturing and Verdi Commerce, along with a role as Member of the Board at ICM Controls. Sam also acts as Senior Advisor to the CEO at AML RightSource and co-founded LenderLogix, enhancing mortgage processes for lenders.
