George Gagishvili

George Gagishvili has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and analysis. George is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Lenderworks, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation® from 2015 to 2022, initially as a Senior Business Analyst from November 2015 to September 2018, and then as a Director and Assistant Treasure from September 2018 to June 2022. Before joining First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation®, George worked as a Financial Analyst at SenecaOne Finance from December 2014 to November 2015 and as an Analyst at Liquidity Services, Inc from January 2014 to October 2014. George also gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at the International Monetary Fund from June 2013 to November 2013, specializing in interest-rate risk analysis. Additionally, they were an Independent study group member at HUD from March 2013 to May 2013, involved in researching and analyzing the performance of the Federal Housing Administration and developing a risk-based pricing model for insurance premiums.

George Gagishvili completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from the University of London in the years 2008 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance, General from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2012 to 2013.
