Kristen Forsythe

Kristen Forsythe has a strong background in project management and corporate operations. Kristen is currently working at Lenderworks as the Vice President of the Project Management Office, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager of Project Management at Lenderworks from 2022 to 2022, and as a Project Manager from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining Lenderworks, Kristen worked at Legal & General from 2019 to 2021, where they held the position of Supervisor of Document Indexing.

From 2013 to 2019, Kristen worked at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, starting as a Manager in Corporate Enterprise from 2013 to 2017, and later as the Director of Corporate Enterprise from 2017 to 2019. In these roles, they were responsible for managing corporate real estate and facilities, overseeing the travel and expense reimbursement program, and coordinating the corporate charitable giving campaign.

Prior to joining First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, Kristen was the Manager of Marketing & Communication at Default Resource from 2009 to 2013. Their responsibilities included managing marketing and communications activities, trade show management, collateral material development, and maintaining sales enablement tools.

Kristen also gained experience in various roles earlier in their career. Kristen worked as a Lead Evaluation Support Specialist at Mark To Market from 2009 to 2010, and as a Repair Coordinator and Pre-Marketing Coordinator at Premier Asset Services - Wells Fargo in 2009 and 2008, respectively.

Kristen Forsythe attended Salisbury University from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Nursing Science. Kristen then pursued a degree in Culinary Arts & Supervision at Frederick Community College, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. Prior to their college education, Kristen Forsythe also attended Urbana High School. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification as a Mortgage Action Alliance Member from the Mortgage Bankers Association in August 2021.
