Shawn Meece, CMCP

Shawn Meece, CMCP, has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Shawn currently works as a Compliance Analyst II at Lenderworks since July 2022. Prior to this, Shawn held roles at Keller Mortgage, where they served as a Closing Supervisor from February 2021 to May 2022 and a Closing Specialist from April 2019 to February 2021. Shawn also worked at Evansville Teachers Federal CU as a Mortgage Lending Training Coordinator from January 2018 to March 2019. Before that, Shawn was the Wholesale Closing Manager / Closer at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation® from October 2013 to November 2017.

Shawn Meece pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana. Shawn attended the university from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Shawn has obtained several certifications in mortgage compliance. In December 2022, they received the Mortgage Compliance Professional: Level I Certificate and the Mortgage Compliance Professional: Level II Certificate from the Mortgage Bankers Association. Following that, in January 2023, they earned the Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional: Designation (CMCP) from the same institution.
