Kayla G.

Kayla G. began their career in 2011 as a Pharmacy Technician at Healthmart Pharmacy Drugs, where they communicated with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients, and properly filled and dispensed an average of 200 to 300 prescriptions per day. In 2013, they took on an Intern role at iHeartMedia, where they worked on social media platforms, posted blog content, gathered content for radio shows, created target demographic data, and created promotions for events. In 2015, Kayla G. began their role as an Account Manager at DSD Insurance | An Acrisure Agency Partner, where they managed over 5,600 accounts for small businesses, submitted proposals to major corporations for new programs, developed new programs for customer success, assisted with customer development, answered customer questions regarding policy or billing, wrote and issued policies, and reviewed accounts for areas of opportunity. Kayla is currently employed as a Customer Success Manager at Lendflow, a position they have held since 2022.

Kayla G. graduated from the University of Montevallo in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
