Lea Sanchez Jumao-as has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Lea Sanchez began their career as an Apprentice at KEVLO in 2018, followed by their role as a Production Assistant and Stylist at Dexter Alazas, where they collaborated with brands and directors for mall fashion shows. Lea then served as the Fashion Merchandising Head Planner at Southwestern University in 2018, where they worked within a budget to ensure proper stocking of university merchandise. Lea Sanchez also supervised product shoots and was the head planner for the annual university party.

In 2018, Lea worked as a Stylist at Sunstar Group, responsible for sourcing garments and accessories and putting together looks for shoots. Lea Sanchez was also involved in coordinating with UNIQLO for a shoot. Lea later joined Hanz Coquilla Alta Costura / COQUILLE as a Fashion Designer, where they assisted the designer in developing a capsule collection and served as a production assistant and stylist for fashion campaigns.

Lea's career then transitioned to the tech industry, where they worked as a Technical Support specialist at TracFone Wireless, Inc., providing voice support to customers. Lea Sanchez later joined Jimmy Brings in 2022 as an Email and Chat Support Team Lead, overseeing support operations.

Most recently, Lea joined Lendflow in 2023 as an Application Support/Funding Onboarding specialist.
