Sally Xia

Sally Xia is a Senior UX Researcher at LendingClub, with prior experience as a User Experience Researcher at BlackRock and as a UX Researcher at NCR Corporation, where responsibilities included conducting user research for a mobile banking app serving over 600 financial institutions. Sally's background also includes a User Research Consultant internship with Toyota North America, contributing to the ParaPickup project focused on transportation for individuals with special needs. Additional experience includes a Design Strategy Intern role at Cytilife Inc., where Sally led design efforts, and positions as a Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology and Communication Assistant at The Ohio State University. Sally holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Media from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University.
