Soni Leituala

Soni Leituala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2012, they held various leadership roles, including Club President at the Pacific Islander Student Association and Manager of Performing Arts Events at Asuu Presenters Office. They also worked as a Customer Service Specialist at General Dynamics Information Technology in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, they were an Operations Supervisor at Netflix, where they focused on training and support models. In 2019, they became an Operations Manager at 24-7 Intouch, overseeing team supervisors and developing training programs. In 2020, they joined Lambda School as a Learner Success Advisor, working to enhance student experiences through mentorship and training sessions. Currently, they are the Partner Business Lead at LendingClub starting from November 2021.

Soni Leituala attended the University of Utah from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Ethnic Studies. They did not obtain a degree during this time. In December 2019, Soni Leituala obtained a certification in "Recovering from a Layoff" from LinkedIn.
