Position Overview:

The Senior VP of Sales has a primary responsibility of leading all outside sales related team processes and development across all products offered by LendingOne. The Senior VP of Sales will manage the outside sales team performance parameters and processes for LendingOne – this individual will design, develop and execute thoughtful strategies and tactics that will increase business development and client relationships. 

This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL, or a satellite office.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the senior executive team to identify key strategies that will enable the achievement of maximum outside sales volume.
  • Define and establish short- and long-term outside sales goals and quotas for our Business Development Managers that align with corporate objectives.
  • Create strategies alongside other executive team members to ensure teams are efficient and cohesive – optimizing business development opportunities through outside sales efforts.
  • Manage successful relationships with existing outside sales team members, providing direction, performance oversight and leadership for the department.
  • Regularly measure and analyze effectiveness of outside sales efforts, with the goal of continually improving processes and procedures.
  • Engage with high volume clients directly, nurturing and maintaining critical relationships.
  • Provide real estate expertise to the outside sales team – coaching on how to provide consultative services to all clients.
  • Lead all efforts associated with Business Development Manager role – ensuring teams can continue to grow and provide exceptional service to clients.
