Carol Gomez

Carol Gomez is the current Chief People Officer, Americas at LendLease. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources, Consumer Health Supply Chain NA at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health from April 2021 to April 2022. Carol was also the Head of HR, Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson from March 2008 to April 2022. Carol Gomez has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has also worked as a Global Assignment Manager at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving from March 2005 to March 2008 and as an HR Executive at BP from August 2002 to June 2003.

Carol Gomez has a BSc in Economics and Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Masters in Organization Development and Change Management from Penn State University.

They are on a team with Arden Hearing - Executive General Manager - Development, Claire Johnston - Managing Director, Lendlease for Google Real Estate Development, and Peter Campbell - General Counsel, Americas. Carol Gomez reports to Denis Hickey, Chief Executive Officer Americas.
