Mark Packer

Mark Joined Lendlease in 2009, prior to which he had 20 years in private practice in the City and US.

His background was originally real estate but more recently has specialised in commercial development, projects, finance and joint venture investment structures.

Whilst at Lendlease his legal role has included the establishment of the UK Infrastructure Fund and the sale of Bluewater. Mark became the General Counsel, Europe in 2014.
