Melinda Chan

Melinda Chan is a Design Manager at Lendlease since September 2023, bringing extensive experience in architectural leadership. Previously, Melinda served as Associate Director at Fender Katsalidis from May 2018 to September 2023, contributing to notable projects such as the Southbank Beulah Competition with BIG and the Sky Square development. Earlier roles included Project Architect positions at Architectus and Bates Smart, working on significant projects like The Queensbridge Tower in Southbank and The Fat Duck in Melbourne. Melinda began their career as an Architect at Denton Corker Marshall and METIER3 Architects, where designs included the University of Melbourne Economics and Commerce Building. Melinda holds a Masters in Architecture from the University of Melbourne and a Masters in Project Management from RMIT University.
