Randy Uglem currently serves as the President and CEO of Lendway, Inc. Prior to their current role, Randy held various key positions in companies such as AIR T, INC. and CHS Inc., where Randy played a crucial role in developing investment strategies, managing credit operations, and overseeing lending activities. With a background in agricultural economics, Randy has also successfully run their own consulting practice, Uglem Financial LLC, before transitioning to larger corporations.
