Michala Beier Kjeldsen

Since 2011, Michala Beier Kjeldsen has been working at Ikano Bank in various roles. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Student Worker and later as a Management Assistant. In 2016, they joined Ikano Bank as a Commercial Project Support and then transitioned to the role of Product Manager, B2B in 2017. As the Product Manager, they were responsible for managing financial products, developing new products, improving existing products, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing operational risks. Michala Beier also implemented a new way of working with Operational Risk within the Danish Branch. In 2020, Michala Beier Kjeldsen joined LENEO A/S as a Product Owner and later took on the position of Head of Products in June 2022.

Michala Beier Kjeldsen completed their high school education at Gymnasium from 2003 to 2006. Michala Beier then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School from 2007 to 2010. Following this, Michala obtained a Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting from the same institution, finishing their studies in 2012.
