Johannes Bouse

Johannes Bouse is an accomplished professional in the field of credit and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Credit at Lenkie since September 2025. Previously, Johannes held key positions at Juice, including Head of Lending and Risk, and Credit Risk Manager, where significant contributions were made to the startup's SME lending business and the onboarding of a first institutional refinancing facility. At Playter, as the Credit Risk and Underwriting Lead, Johannes was instrumental in securing $55 million in funding. Additionally, Johannes accumulated extensive experience at iwoca, serving in various capacities, including Head of Credit Analysis for Germany, where thousands of credit decisions were made for German SMEs. Prior roles included positions at CK Finanzgruppe and a research internship at IFAD Institut für Angewandte Demographie Berlin Brandenburg. Johannes holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and completed the German A-Levels at BBS Lüneburg.
