Betty Luna

Betty Luna is an accomplished Talent Development Manager at Lennar, having previously served as a Talent Program Specialist. Prior to this role, Betty worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Nestlé Health Science and an Associate Human Resources Generalist at Nestlé, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, advising on organizational planning, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Betty is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Florida, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
