Levon Ghukasyan

Levon Ghukasyan is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the real estate development sector. Currently serving as the Director of Forward Planning at Lennar since May 2022, Levon previously held the position of Senior Project Manager. Prior to Lennar, Levon worked at Williams Homes from September 2017 to April 2022 as a Project Manager and at Modative from August 2015 to September 2017 as a Development Associate. Educationally, Levon obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA and a Project Management Certificate from Caltech.
