Michele McCarty is a seasoned marketing and advertising professional with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Marketing + Advertising Lead at Lennar since December 2019, Michele manages ROI-focused marketing strategies for the Central Florida division. Prior roles include Senior Digital Product Operations Manager at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where Michele oversaw the Disney® Visa® brand experience and collaborated with multiple departments. Michele's background also includes positions at Space Florida as Vice President of Marketing & Communications and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment as Corporate Manager of Digital Media and Brand. With strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and partner relations, Michele is well-equipped to drive marketing success in diverse settings. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Corporate Communication and Technology from Rollins College and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations from the University of South Florida, complemented by a leadership program from Leadership Orlando.
