Rebekka Koehl

Rebekka Koehl, MBA, is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the residential construction industry. Currently serving as Director of Marketing at Lennar since June 2022, Rebekka previously held roles at Lennar Homes as Marketing Manager and at CalAtlantic Homes as Vice President of Marketing, where significant sales growth and traffic increases were achieved. Earlier career roles included Vice President of Marketing at Ryland Homes, where operational needs were assessed, and a variety of positions at Kirk Homes and Rockwell Utilities, focusing on administration and compliance. Rebekka holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and degrees in Applied Sociology and Criminal Justice from Northern Illinois University and the College of DuPage, respectively.
