Scott Withington

Scott Withington is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in high-volume residential construction. Currently serving as Division President at Lennar since March 2018, Scott has held various key positions, including Division Manager at the same company. Prior to Lennar, Scott was Area Manager at Century Communities, Inc. from 2016 to March 2018. Scott also owned and served as President of PC Credit Pro, LLC, a leader in providing merchant payment solutions to the petroleum and convenience store industries, from January 2007 to 2016. Additional roles include Vice President at KB Home in 2007 and Division President, VP of Operations, and VP of Sales at Pulte Homes of Michigan Corp. from 1999 to 2007, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of operations and financial management. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
